Alright maybe it is, but its fun to watch. An ex-Marine finds out a old buddy is leading a private army of mercenaries. The two American Ninjas, Joe Armstrong and Sean Davidson, team up to do battle against a terrorist and his band of Ninjas. After the nuclear war people are sterile and ruled by the artifical intelligences they created in this violent world.
I wonder if Davies even admits to being in this movie? Critical reception was generally, although not universally, poor. I must say, the action … I wouldn't. Frank Zagarino. On a remote Caribbean island, Army Ranger Joe Armstrong investigates the disappearance of several marines, which leads him to The Lion, a super-criminal who has kidnapped a local scientist and mass-produced an army of mutant Ninja warriors. Rather than a fun RoboCop rip-off, Cyborg Cop is another letdown with the titular Cyborg Cop staying in a factory for a majority of the runtime until the end of the film, and he doesn't do cop stuff either. Robot teachers have been secretly placed in the schools where the students have run riot. And this is not good. Even after all that I still like this movie.
What Jack doesn't know is that the terrorist will be taken and turned into a cyborg for the "Anti-Terrorist Group".
